Privacy Policy.

Last updated: June 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Kingdom Code LLC ("Kingdom Code," "we," "us") collects and uses information when you visit our website or contact us.

Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to give us when you reach out:

  • Contact form: your name, email address, business name, project type, and message. Our form opens a draft in your own email application, which you send to us — your message reaches us as an email.
  • Email: any information you include when you email us directly.

We do not set first-party advertising or analytics cookies on this website, and we do not sell personal information.

How we use information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, deliver and support our services, and handle billing. We do not use it for purposes unrelated to serving you.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of service providers, each with its own privacy practices:

  • Stripe for payment processing, if you become a paying client.
  • Google Fonts, which serves the fonts used on this site; loading them shares your IP address with Google.

Data retention

We keep inquiry and client information only as long as needed to respond to you, deliver our services, and meet legal or accounting obligations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us not to sell it (we do not). Residents of California have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@kingdomcode.com and we will respond as required by law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date below.
