Cancellation Policy.

How to cancel

Website subscriptions run month to month. To cancel, send written notice to hello@kingdomcode.com from the email address associated with your account. We will confirm your cancellation in writing within two business days.

Notice period

Cancellation takes effect 30 days after we receive your written notice. Your service continues during this notice period, and you will be billed for any regular billing cycle that begins before the cancellation takes effect. We do not pro-rate the final period.

What happens to your website

Our plans are an ongoing service, not a one-time purchase. When your cancellation takes effect, your live website is taken offline and hosting, maintenance, and support end.

If you need a copy of your content before service ends, let us know during the notice period and we will work with you on an export. Custom arrangements to retain or transfer a site may be available and are quoted separately.

Fees on cancellation

The one-time setup fee is not refunded on cancellation. Monthly fees already billed are non-refundable, as described in our Refund & Dispute Policy.

Custom development

Custom software and Enterprise engagements are governed by the separate written agreement for that project. Where no separate terms apply, this policy and our Terms of Service govern.
